Roller coasters can be fun and exciting if you’re on a 10 minute ride at your local summer fair grounds…but, this may be the only place where extreme up-and-downs are welcomed.

Extreme swings, from the highest highs to the lowest lows are extremely damaging in every aspect of human life, especially to your five organ systems.

Whether it is an out-of-balance emotional state, a radical sleep schedule, a difficult work environment, a poor daily diet or something else entirely…there exist a great potential to rob your body of its precious and priceless reserves.
This is especially true if these problems are long-term.
Sometimes these extremes cannot be avoided, especially when there’s an emotional nature due to circumstances outside of an individual’s control. This can be any type of a hostile environment.
Regardless of the reason, whether it be unavoidable or not, it is vitally important to resolve the damage done to your body from living in any sort of extreme if you want to cultivate true and lasting health.
Of course, you must first somehow stop the leak before any renovations can be accomplished in a water damaged situation.
Such is the case with the human body.
The offending extreme factor must first be stopped before one can truly begin the process of healing and repair.

Once the damaging processes have been halted, you can then move on to the next phase.
