Two of our most popular and well known Chinese Herbal Formulas is Free and Easy Wanderer and Free and Easy Wanderer Plus.
These Chinese Herbal Formulas are known as harmonizers, re-establishing and balancing the relationship between your Liver and Spleen Organ Systems. When we speak of your Spleen Organ System, we are also referring to your Stomach and digestive, metabolic processes. By relieving and coursing your Liver Organ System it allows your Spleen Organ System to function properly.

An easy way to understand this phenomenon is when you get is upset or stressed you can easily lose your appetite. With long term stressful conditions, it can bring about numerous digestive problems including chronic, sharp gut pain and nausea. This is just an example of the plethora of uses for both of these amazing Chinese Herbal Formulas.
Many times we at Heaven & Earth CMHC are asked the difference between the Plus [Jia Wei Xiao Yao Wan] and the Original [Xiao Yao Wan] formula. The major difference is that the Plus version has two additional Chinese Herbs added to the formula for the purpose of resolving HEAT. When additional Heat disharmonies are present, these herbs help to cool and regulate the Liver and Gallbladder Organ Systems.
These Two Added Chinese Herbs Are:
Mu Dan Pi
Cool in nature, Mu Dan Pi or Moutan Root Bark, clears Excess Heat. Yet, it can be used in Yin Deficient patterns for what is called Deficiency Heat. It is a well known and frequently used to break up Liver Blood Congestion. Mu Dan Pi is famous for its effectiveness for relieving painful menstrual cycles, tumors, pain due to blood status and injuries. It is also great for back and rib pain. It cools the Liver & Gallbladder Organ System, bringing down heat rising upwards which can present as headaches, facial redness, nosebleeds… It is excellent in assisting with clearing inflammatory issues such as with tendonitis.

Zhi Zi
Also known as Gardenia Flower, is a famous Chinese Herb used for Damp Heat patterns assisting with your Liver, Gallbladder and your Heart organ systems. It is very useful in calming the emotions of excitability, anger, restlessness, anxiety and frustration. Zhi Zi clears heat patterns associated with chronic fevers, mouth sores and bleeding [nose bleeds, bleeding gums…] along with eye problems due to redness & heat. Zhi Zi is also used to clear Damp Heat in the lower part of your body as with yeast infections & growth [odorous] in the groin area or on your feet. Other lower body problems include urinary tract infections & external or internal skin abscesses. It is used for blood in the stools, urine and vomit.
